Returns Policy

DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

In an unlikely event that there is an error in your order, Please head to our Returns Page to fill up the Returns Form. Alternatively, you can also email our Customer Care Team at customercare@behavebehave.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Due to the mass manufacturing processes, please note that garments may have a 1" - 2" difference in measurements from the actual stated sizing measurements provided on the website. Please note that this difference cannot be considered as a defect or fault. Do also note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Loose threads are also not considered damaged. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided.

All defective/incorrect items must be returned in its original packaging with all garment tags and labels intact, unused and unwashed.

Behave Behave will reimburse postage incurred for defected/incorrect item(s) sent to you. Please contact us within 3 days from order fulfilment. If the item is out of stock, the price of the item will be refunded to you in the form of store credits. 

 

EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as we wish, but you'll be pleased to know that exchanges are available. Postage fees incurred from exchanges will be borne by the customer. To find out more, do contact customercare@behavebehave.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

All returns must be securely packaged and returned in brand new, unworn and unwashed condition. Returns must be posted with registered postage to ensure delivery. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer.
