Please take note that by visiting and purchasing from us, you are accepting and consenting to our Terms & Conditions as stated herein. Behave Behave may modify the following Terms & Conditions from time to time and your continued use of our website and services shall signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. 



 

REGISTRATION 



When creating a customer account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information as indicated. Please ensure that all information entered is true, accurate and up to date. This is to ensure a smooth flow in the order process.

 

ORDER



All items are sold on a first pay basis and is subject to availability. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not secure until payment is successfully processed, and may be purchased by other customers.

Your order is only complete when we have dispatched your order. Please note that before your order’s completion, there may be changes in your order due to factors such as stock discrepancies and unavailability.

 We aim to process and dispatch all regular orders within 3 working days from the receipt of your order confirmation and payment. Behave Behave is not liable for any delay in the delivery of your order caused by the postal service or destination customs inspection and clearance. 

All orders made with Behave Behave are dispatched via Singpost.

In the event that your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full postage cost of redelivery will have to be borne by the customer. To avoid delays, please ensure that a representative is available at the stipulated delivery address during working hours to sign for your package.

 



PAYMENT POLICY



All prices stated on our website (by default) are in US Dollars USD$. To view other currencies, please adjust accordingly on the currency panel at the top left bar on the website. All payments will have to be made in US Dollars USD$. Prices stated on our website are inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services (GST) taxes. For International customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore, please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

Fuss free and immediate payment via Paypal’s secure transaction platform. Payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex does not require a Paypal log-in account.

 

SIZING

Sizing varies considerably amongst the items we stock. The "Measurements" tab on the product page will help you compare each product's measurements with your own.

These are common measurements used on our website:

Bust: To measure your bust, stand straight and measure around your bust area. Ensure that measuring tape is not twisted or loose to get an accurate measurement.

Waist: To measure your waist, bend to one side and measure around your waist line, keeping the tape loose.

Hips: To measure your hips, stand with your feet together and measure the area just above your hip bone.

Rise: To measure your rise, start from the crotch seam and end at your waist.

*All measurements on website are taken in inches with the garment laid flat.

 

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

Due to the mass manufacturing processes, please note that garments may have a 1" - 2" difference in measurements from the actual stated sizing measurements provided on the website. Please note that this difference cannot be considered as a defect or fault. Do also note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Loose threads are also not considered damaged. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided.

All defective/incorrect items must be returned in its original packaging with all garment tags and labels intact, unused and unwashed.

Behave Behave will reimburse postage incurred for defected/incorrect item(s) sent to you. Please contact us within 3 days from order fulfilment. If the item is out of stock, the price of the item will be refunded to you in the form of store credits. 

 

EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as we wish, but you'll be pleased to know that exchanges are available. Postage fees incurred from exchanges will be borne by the customer.

All returns must be securely packaged and returned in brand new, unworn and unwashed condition. Returns must be posted with registered postage to ensure delivery. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer.

 

SALE ITEMS

Please note that all Sale items are final and non-exchangeable. 

 

GARMENT CARE

Please always refer to the garment care tab in the product page for instructions on how to wash your items. Behave Behave is not responsible for clothes that are spoilt during the laundry process.
